Randy Couture Vs Brandon Vera

Round 1

Brandon Vera catches Randy early on. Randy gets Vera agains the cage and goes for a takedown.  Vera is having a hard time with Randy's pressure. Randy continues to clinch.

Round 2

Randy tries to close the distance. He continues until they get separated again. Couture gets caught and goes down. He regains his composure as Vera is on top. The fighters get stood up.

Round 3

 Randy unloads combinations of punches. Couture keeps him pressed against the cage and keeps pressuring Vera. Vera lands a great body kick. Randy continues to keep up the pace and lands punches.

Winner, Randy Couture by unanimous decision.
